August 15, 1913 - September 30, 1973
Mrs. Margaret Lucille Goode Atkinson, 60, of 665 Magnolia Road, died Sunday in a hospital at Houston, Tex. She was the widow of Gordie E. Atkinson, and was employed as a clerk with R.E.A. Mrs. Atkinson was a Methodist. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Proctor's Chapel with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. She is survived by three sons, Bob Atkinson of Camden, Richard Atkinson of Houston, Tex., and Rodney Atkinson of Little Rock; one daughter, Mrs. Lynelle Owens of Hampton; her mother, Mrs. Pauline Williams of Keithville, La.; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Evans of Clarendon, and Mrs. Louise McGinnis of Keithville, La., and seven grandchildren.
