BELLA VISTA — Patricia May Wood Gauthier Rader, 72, of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away Friday, Aug. 19, 2011, at Circle of Life Hospice-Legacy in Bentonville, Ark. She was born on Dec. 5, 1938, in Malone, N.Y., to William A. Wood and Marion T. Wood.
She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Lawrence E. Gauthier; second husband, Owen R. Rader; son, Chet L. Gauthier; and brother, William H. Wood.
She is survived by three daughters, Kim G. Gregg, Lyn A. Gauthier, Pam M. Gauthier; one son, Bret E. Gauthier; two stepchildren, Owen P. Rader and Stephanie C. Wood; five grandchildren, and five step-grandchildren; two brothers, Truman A. Wood, Francis D. Wood; a sister, Marjorie W. Campo, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011, at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Circle of Life Hospice, Legacy in Bentonville, Ark.
