Mrs. Kate Wilson Diffee, 94, of Rt. 1, Chidester, died Sunday morning at her home. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. this afternoon at Proctor's Chapel. Burial will follow in Tate's Bluff cemetery under the direction of Proctor's Funeral Home. Mrs. Difee, was a lifetime resident of Ouachita County and a member of the Tate's Bluff Presbyterian church. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Riley Carroll of Tate's Bluff; three grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. (Camden News - June 24, 1974)
