Quida Estelle Knight, born February 24, 1922 went to be with the Lord on Monday July 23, 2018. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Albert and Martha Doss of Bastrop, Louisiana, her husband, Glen Knight, one daughter Tammy DeRoche, granddaughter Stephanie Knight, and grandson Lucas Weindorf. She leaves behind four children; Ron Knight (Liz) of Houston, Texas Glenda Brown (Charley) of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Steve Knight (Marietta) of Benton, Arkansas and Kimble Knight (Melinda) of Maplewood, New Jersey as well as twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren and a host of others left behind who were caught up in the Magnet of Her Love in which they were drawn to her. She will NEVER be gone, until she's forgotten, and she will NEVER be forgotten!! Graveside Services will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Saturday July 28th at 10 am.
Officiating will be two of her sons, Pastors Steve and Kimble Knight. In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to go to the local church or charity of your choice.
