December 15, 1936 - February 14, 2022
Georgia Elizabeth Brumley, 85 of Imboden; passed away February 14, 2022, at the Springs of Jonesboro Facility.
Born December 15, 1936, in Opposition, AR; daughter of the late, Onia and Sally Lee Davis. Georgia was united in marriage to Everett Brumley on December 14, 1957. She worked majority of her life at Waterloo, on assembly, in welding and as an Inspector. She enjoyed reading, caring for animals, and sewing. She made quilts for every baby in the family, every part even the embroidery by hand. She won the1st place blue ribbon five years in a row for her quilt making, at the Arkansas State Fair.
She is preceded by her parents; her husband Everett in 2002; a son, Dave Brumley; two sisters, Onadia Milgrim and Ruby Reese; and one brother, Kenneth Davis.
Survivors include her three daughters, Jennifer Gilley, Alva Harston and Dianna Johnston all of Imboden; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be Monday, February 21, 2022, at 2:30 P.M. in the Opposition Cemetery with Bro. John Stoll officiating. Pallbearers will be her family and friends.
Visitation will be from 12 P.M. till 2 P.M. in the Bryan Funeral Home.
