*When Eula Forest Hunter was born on September 25, 1864, in Limestone, Alabama, her father, James, was 42, and her mother, James, was 18. She married Nicholas Perkins on October 30, 1878, in her hometown. They had six children in 15 years. She died on August 5, 1906, in Arkansas at the age of 41, and was buried in White, Arkansas.
