Rosie "Rosalie" Loy, age 93, of Hot Springs, died Thursday, December 19, 2019. She was born on October 2, 1926, in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Raymond Ratajskie and Mary Garcia Ratajskie. On April 3, 1960, she married Elmer Loy, who preceded her in death July 25, 2014. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, John Ratajskie. Rosalie was a Catholic in faith. She loved traveling, flowers, gardening and nature. She and Elmer would adopt any stray animal that was in need of love. Rosalie was always into fashion and was well known for dressing "to the nine." She is survived by her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Dorothy and James McGuire of Hot Springs; one niece, Brenda Jester of Hot Springs; and numerous cousins and extended family members.
