BELLA VISTA — Ann Thiele (Caspermeyer) of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away on May 7, 2018, due to a canoeing accident. She was born in Peoria, Ill., on Oct. 26, 1967.
Ann had been a longtime resident of Bentonville, moving to Bella Vista in 2013. Ann's deceased parents, Charles and Barbara Caspermeyer, retired to Bella Vista and encouraged her to move here. She was an employee of Sara Lee and Hormel Foods.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Galen Thiele; sons, Joseph Thiele, Las Vegas, Nev., Benjamin Thiele of Lowell; daughter, Laura and Paxton Drake, Fayetteville, Ark.; brother, Richard (Dawn) Caspermeyer, Overland Park, Kan.; nephew, Andrew (Elyse) Caspermeyer; niece, Sara (Alex) Hensley (Caspermeyer) and great-niece and nephew, Rosalyn and Abrom.
Visitation will be held at Bella Vista Funeral Home, Friday, May 11, 5-6 p.m. Rosary performed by St. Bernard Catholic Church at 6 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be Saturday, May 12, 10 a.m. at St. Bernard Catholic Church.
Ann was a fun-loving and warm person, she will be dearly missed. Online condolences may be made at www.funeralmation.com.
