*When Elbert Algernon Robbins was born on December 23, 1857, his father, Green, was 23 and his mother, Olivia, was 20. He married Ida May Croom on August 22, 1878. They had 12 children in 26 years. He died on October 11, 1935, in Rose Bud, Arkansas, at the age of 77, and was buried there.
When Ida May Croom was born on August 22, 1861, in Madison, Tennessee, her father, Jesse, was 29, and her mother, Julie, was 21. She married Joseph Polk (1853–1877) on December 3, 1877, in Howard, Arkansas. She then married Elbert Algernon Robbins and they had 12 children together. She died on December 10, 1940, in Rose Bud, Arkansas, at the age of 79, and was buried there.
