April 1, 1888 - March 31, 1965
Mrs. Beulah Pyles Reynolds, 76, of Rt. 6, El Dorado, died Wednesday night enroute to a local hospital. Mrs. Reynolds was born April 1, 1888 in Columbia County and was the daughter of Thomas and Amie David Pyles. She was a member of the Parkers Chapel Methodist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Blanche Honeycutt of Springhill, La., and Miss Doris Reynolds of El Dorado; three sons, Delmon O. Reynolds, Dodson H. Reynolds and Ira C. Reynolds, all of El Dorado; five brothers, Minor Pyles of Kilgore, Tex., Marion Pyles, Smead Pyles and Robert Pyles, all of El Dorado, and McCray Pyles of Oakland, Calif.; 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Parkers Chapel Methodist Church with the Rev. George Kerr and the Rev. Sam Shepperson officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Parkers Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Pratt Funeral Home. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. The body will be taken to the family home late Thursday afternoon.
