Mrs. Pearl Daniels, 77, of 401 W. Cedar St., died Monday morning after a brief illness. Funeral services will be Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the Rumph Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Murphy officiating. Burial will be in old Parkers Chapel Cemetery. She was born in Birch Tree, Mo., on Feb. 13, 1897, and was the daughter of John and Sadie Cowley. Mrs. Daniels was a resident of El Dorado for 25 years and a member of the Wesson Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Daniels Castleberry; and four grandchildren. Active pallbearers will be Rodney Rowland, Richard Metzelars, W. A. Houston, A. F. Huckabee, Raymond New, P. V. Griffin, Henry de La Bretonne and Robert Keys.
