August 29, 1883 - August 6, 1932
Son of John Jackson Cosby and Jennie Echols. He married Ida Mae Tucker. He died from the result of a broken neck received in a truck accident.
John Cosby of Sugar Grove, age 19, married Ida Jordan of Driggs, age 19, on Dec. 27, 1903. The ceremony was performed by John W. Spain, Minister of the Gospel in the home of her parents, John and Nancy Jordan. J. G. Cosby Sr. was security for the marriage bond. Logan County Marriage Book I, page 288.
