**Obituary
Kathy Louise Teer Duke, 68 of Star City passed away Tuesday at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. She was born December 5, 1949 in Star City to the late Raleigh, Jr. and Ollie Mae Foster Teer. She was a member of Yorktown First Baptist Church near Star City and was a retired Child Support Investigator for the Arkansas Child Support Enforcement Office. Survivors include a son, Kevin (Simone) Kirk of Star City; 2 brothers, Kerry Teer of Star City and John Teer of Fairfield Bay; and 2 grandsons, Kaeton and Kieran Kirk. Graveside services are 10:00AM Friday at Oak Grove Cemetery near Star City. There will be no formal visitation. Arrangements by Griffin Funeral Service in Star City.
