*When Judge Grady "Jay" Sibley was born on October 3, 1961, in Amite City, Louisiana, his father, Jennings, was 37 and his mother, Velda, was 30. He had four sisters. He died on May 17, 1995, in Mount Pisgah, Arkansas, at the age of 33, and was buried in Searcy, Arkansas.
