James Anthony “Tony” Foster, age 83 of Letona, passed from this life on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at his home. He was born September 4, 1936 in Monroe, Arkansas to Alvin Foster and Elbertie Phillips Foster. He worked as a building construction supervisor and was a member of Pickens Chapel Church of the Nazarene. He is survived by his sons, Ronnie, Jeff and Marty Foster; daughter, Jeanne Kurck; daughter-by-heart, Mary Moore; 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brother, Donald Foster; and sisters Ruby Lynch and Cathy Burns. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Ann Foster; and his parents. Visitation is Friday January 3, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Pickens Chapel Church of Nazarene. A private burial will be in Pickens Chapel Cemetery
