Jimisa Shirene Mills, 44, of Fayetteville, passed away July 17, 2019. She was born in Fayetteville to James Allen Mills and Lisa Irene Kerr Mills. She was a dedicated and loving Mom.
She is survived by her parents and her daughters, Karlee Springer and Anna Springer, all of Fayetteville; grandmother, Irene Kerr of Springdale; sister, Wendy Mae Clanton, of Fayetteville; aunts and uncles, Kent and Joyce Kerr of Gravette, Kevin and Cheryl Mills of Lincoln, and Larry Mills of Lowell; great-aunt, Ruthie Johnson, of Fayetteville; three nieces; and her "beyond boyfriend," Steven Cardin and his children, Chloe and Charlie, of Greenbrier; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Corky Kerr, of Springdale, and paternal grandparents, Shirley and Ralph Mills, of Brentwood, Arkansas.
