Dolly Ditto Holloway, 79, of Georgetown, passed away December 16, 2015 at her residence following a brief illness. She was born August 20, 1936 at Georgetown to the late Willie and Catherine Turner Ditto.
Mrs. Holloway was a member of the Church of God of Prophesy at Georgetown and was a loving wife and mother. She retired from ITT Higbee in Searcy and was also a councilwoman for the city of Georgetown for many years. She loved God first of all, family, people and her hobbies included quilting; gardening, and fishing.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Homer Ditto.
She married Danny Holloway March 23, 1983 at Thayer, Missouri; he survives. Other survivors include three sons, Perry Kidd (Debra) of Bald Knob, Kenneth Kidd (Lisa) of Beebe, and Larry Holloway (Nancy) Tuckerman; two daughters, Karen Holloway of McCrory and Sharon Huey (Larry) also of McCrory; two sisters, Jerlean Overstreet (Jack) of Georgetown and Nancy Kidd of Kensett; sister in law, Ellen Ditto of Searcy; ten grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Bethany Baptist Church in Georgetown until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Georgetown Cemetery.

Danny Holloway, 76, of Georgetown, passed away August 9, 2016 at Unity Health in Searcy. He was born February 10, 1940 at Black Oak, Arkansas to the late Samuel and Cellie Lou Milligan Holloway.
He served in the US Army from 1959-1961 and was a longtime councilman for Georgetown. His favorite hobbies included fishing, camping, boating, and reading western books, as well as quilting with his late wife.
He married Dolly Ditto Holloway March 23, 1983 at Thayer, Missouri, she preceded him in death December 16, 2015.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by two sisters, Ina Othel Kinsella and Olean Carroll; and great grandson, Greyson Dean Morris.
He is survived by son, Larry Don Holloway (Nancy) of Tuckerman; daughters, Karen Henderson and Sharon Huey (Larry) both of McCrory; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Following Mr. Holloway’s wishes, he will be cremated with no public services and private burial of ashes next to his late wife at Georgetown Cemetery.
