Mrs. Rhea Ana Phipps, 66, of 202 N. Locust died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Jan. 27, 1899 at Robinson, Ill. the daughter of John and Elizia Duncan and was a member of Central Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was the widow of J.U. Phipps who died last year.

Survivors include two sons, J.U. Jr. and Billy D, both of Fayetteville; two daughters, Mrs. Clydean Christian of Tucumcari, N. Mex., and Mrs. Velda Parker of Fayetteville; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandson; three brothers, Harold Duncan of Winslow; Glen Duncan of Fayetteville and Carson Duncan of San Diego, Calif.; and one sister, Mrs. Mary Hutchins of Corpus Christi, Tex.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Chapel of Nelson's Funeral Home. Burial in Brentwood Cemetery with graveside riles by Cycle Chapter Order of Eastern Star.
