Dr. Clyde Hamilton Underwood was born January 24, 1934 in Quitman, Arkansas, to his parents Roger and Emma Hamilton Underwood. He passed away Sunday, August 6, 2006 at his home in Clarksville, Arkansas. He was a medical doctor.
He is survived by his wife, Annette Perry Underwood, of Clarksville, Arkansas, two sons, Donald Ray Underwood, of Quitman, Arkansas, and Randy C. Underwood, of Malvern, Arkansas, and five grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Katherine (Kathy) Underwood.
Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, August, 10, 2006, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel, in Clarksville, Arkansas, with Reverend Amos Pledger officiating. The body will be cremated with cremains being buried in the Stillwell Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas.

Katherine Annette (Perry) Underwood 76, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017, in Clarksville, AR.
Katherine was born June 24, 1940, in Prattsville, Arkansas to James & Delora (Hope) Perry.
Mrs. Underwood is preceded in death by her parents, Husband Dr. Clyde Underwood, and one daughter Kathy Underwood.
Katherine is survived two sons Donald Ray Underwood, of Quitman, AR, and Randy C. Underwood, of Malvern, AR; five grandchildren.
Mrs. Underwood’s Visitation will be open at Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 28, 2017, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Bro Robbie Jackson officiating.
Burial will follow at the Stillwell cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
