When Barbra Nell Rodgers was born on March 19, 1941, in Mount Vernon, Arkansas, her father, Bryant, was 21, and her mother, Clara, was 18. She had one child with Joe Edward Barnes in 1967. She died on February 22, 1977, at the age of 35, and was buried in White, Arkansas.
