David Bryan Alley was born March 27, 1942, in Witchita, Kansas, and died September 29, 2015, in Clarksville, Arkansas, at the age of 73. He was retired, of the Baptist faith, and a United States Navy Veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Dale Alley and Mary Maxine Cox Alley; a brother, Samuel Dale Alley Jr.; a sister, Mary Kathryn Alley; and one grandchild.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Shirley Hubenthal of Clarksville; two sons: David Matthew Alley and wife, Amy, of Florida, and Mark Alley and wife, Yolanda, of Texas; two step-daughters, Twyla Willis and Kelly Olson, both of Clarksville, Arkansas; seven grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Friday, October 2, 2015, at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 3, 2015, at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas, with Reverend Amos Pledger officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Oakland Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Benton Childress, Kevin Schouweiler, Dylan Schouweiler, Michael Olson, James Childress, Randy Childress, Bobby Marlow, and Tommy Barkley.

Shirley Ann Hubethal of Clarksville, Arkansas was born January 30, 1941 in Murray, Arkansas to Raymond L. and Dalphene Demoy Ramsey. She passed away on March 31, 2020 in Clarksville, Arkansas at the age of 79. She was of the Baptist Faith and an assembly worker.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David Alley; her sister, Elsa Ramsey; her grandson, Jeffery Ray Madewell.
She is survived by her daughters, Twyla Willis Beasley and husband, Eddie; Kelly Willis Olson and companion, Benton Childress; her brothers, Ronnie Ramsey and wife, Nadine; Michael Ramsey and wife, Debra; her sisters, Barbara Ramsey Bly and husband, Tom; Debbie Ramsey Romine and husband, Vern; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Open visitation will be held during business hours at Hardwicke Funeral Home in Clarksville, Arkansas.
A private family graveside service will be held Saturday, April 4, 2020 at Oakland Cemetery with Reverend Kevin Schouweiler officiating.
