FAYETTEVILLE — Sarah Mae Kirk, 72, of Fayetteville died Feb. 17, 2004, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born Aug. 28, 1931, in Blackburn to Lester and Grace Ann Monds Caudle. She was retired from Campbell Soup Co., and was a member of Living Faith Pentecostal Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil; three sons and one daughter.
Survivors include two sons, James Drain of West Fork, Allen Drain of Winslow; two daughters, Virginia Giny Roberts of Fayetteville and Janice Yates of Fayetteville; one brother, James Caudle of Farmington; one sister, Betty McNew of Fayetteville; one stepson, Gilbert Kirk of Missouri; two stepdaughters, Lori Hayfield of Goshen and Pamela Kirk of Colorado Springs, Colo.; 21 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Living Faith Pentecostal Church of God with Buel Curtis officiating. Burial will be in Woolsey Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville.
Pallbearers will be Gary Johnson, Travis Drain, Andy Johnson, Craig Drain, Lester Woodward and Leon Woodward.
