Wife of John Albert Smith
Tennie was the daughter of Eugene Grant "Doc" Lewis and Lurana Carolina Russell;the Lewis family was from Ozark county,Missouri. In 1910, Tennie married John Albert Smith(whose family was from Ozark and Dent counties,MO) they had six children:Alfie Eugene,William Elmer,Robert Melton,Velva May,Opal Maxine,and a baby daughter who died shortly after birth. Tennie and sons,Alfie and Robert lived at Route 2 Clarksville; across highway 21 from the Mount Vernon cemetery.
