Lyonell Halbrook was the son of Andrew Jackson and Hester Ann Cordelia Rhoades Halbrook.

He married Eva Louisa "Louise" Maxwell Skipper about 1946 in Conway Co., Arkansas.

Lyonell and Louise together were the parents of four children.

Eva Louisa "Louise" Maxwell Skipper Halbrook was the daughter of Luther Alonzo and Eugenia Frances "Gene" Houston Maxwell.

She married 1.James Arthur Skipper, Jr. on November 19, 1939 in Conway Co., Arkansas.

Louise and James were the parents of one son and twin daughters.

One twin, Josephine Ann, preceded her parents in death at the age of thirteen months due to a heart valve defect.

James Arthur Skipper, Jr. was killed in action in Luzon, Phillipines during WWII. James is buried in Manila, Phillipines. His Memorial Stone is located at Lanty Cemetery, Lanty, Conway Co., Arkansas.

Louise married 2.Lyonell Halbrook about 1946 in Conway Co., Arkansas.

Louise and Lyonell were the parents of four children.

Louise was a devoted daughter, wife and mother. She was ever active in her church and in her community. All who knew her, held her in high regard. A Gracious Lady is gone from us, leaving us to mourn her passing.
