Daughter of Roland Theopholis and Martha Jane Downs Cook
Married 3 May 1923 W.M.P. Anderson (1894-). He predeceased the 1930 census, burial unknown.
They adopted a daughter they named Wilma Ann, but in later life Wilma reverted to her birth name, Chiquita LoJuana (nee Gonzolas), and signed as thus as informant on Annie's death certificate.
