98, passed away May 18, 2004 at his home. He was born March 12, 1906 at Rex, Arkansas to the son of Harrison Jerome and Estella Mae Stubblefield Jones. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Syble Lee Underwood Jones. He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law Mary and Doyle Scroggins of Scotand, AR. one granddaughter and husband Sherry and Fred Tanner of Morrilton, AR. one great granddaughter Jill Tanner of Fayetteville, AR., sisters Doris Crow of Morrilton, AR. Mattie Garner of Broken Arrow, OK. and Violet Webb of Conway, AR. eight nephews and thirteen nieces. The funeral service will be held at 2pm Thursday, May 20, 2004 in the Roller McNutt Chapel in Clinton with burial in the Foster Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton, AR.
