When Joyce Mills was born on 22 September 1917, in Cleveland, Conway, Arkansas, United States, her father, Thomas Roland Mills, was 37 and her mother, Ida Lelia Virginia Brown, was 36. She married Grover Marshall Campbell on 19 December 1936, in Conway, Arkansas, United States. They were the parents of at least 2 daughters. She lived in White Oak Township, Van Buren, Arkansas, United States for about 10 years and Nichols Township, Conway, Arkansas, United States in 1940. She died on 11 April 2012, in Cleveland, Conway, Arkansas, United States, at the age of 94, and was buried in Conway, Arkansas, United States.

Marshall Campbell, age 94, of Dos Palos, California, formerly of Cleveland, Arkansas passed away, September 27, 2012. He was born April 4, 1918 in Cleveland, Arkansas a son of Grover Cleveland Campbell and Elizabeth Roberson Campbell. He was a World War II Army veteran, Cattle Rancher, and the widower of Joyce Mills Campbell.
Survivors include his son, Sherrill Campbell of Dos Palos, California; nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 4th at Reid Cemetery with Bro. John Chapman officiating. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
