Mack E. Chronister, 86, of Alma died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012, at a local hospital.
He was born July 26, 1925, in Hagarville.

He was a member of Kibler United Methodist Church, World War II Army veteran, retired ACEE Milk company employee and a used car dealer.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Minnow Creek Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda; a son, Jarvis Chronister of Van Buren; a sister, Macy Price of Ontario, Ore.; and a brother, Henry Chronister Jr. of Van Buren.

Wanda L. Chronister was born March 22, 1928, in Hartman, Arkansas, and passed away August 2, 2015, in Van Buren, Arkansas, at the age of 87. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Mack E. Chronister; her parents: Luther G. and Maude Smotherman Laneer; two brothers: John T. and Luke Laneer; and a sister, Eunice Blackard.

She is survived by her son, Jarvis Chronister and his wife, Shari, of Van Buren, Arkansas.

Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 6, 2015, at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville with Reverends Daniel Thueson and Herschel McClurkin officiating. Burial will follow in Minnow Creek Cemetery in Lamar, Arkansas.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Ross, James Jurden, Ken Kibler, Roy Rogers, Bill Kibler, Scott Peters, and Vince Corley.
