Stanley W. Craig II, 67, of Knoxville died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010, at Clarksville.
He was retired from the U.S. Navy, native of New Brighton, Pa., attended Flat Rock Worship Center at London, and was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley W. Craig I and Dorothy Jane Whitmore Craig; wife, Leona Clarene (Rennie) Craig; and one sister, Violet Jean Craig.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Birge officiating. Burial will be in Minnow Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel.
*Obituary - Leona Clarene "Rennie" Craig
Leona Clarene "Rennie" Craig, was the daughter of the late Ollie and Leona (Jones) Pitts. She was born April 30, 1943 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She died April 29, 2009 at her home in Knoxville, Arkansas, at the age of 65. She was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by a infant daughter, Pamela Jean Lindsay; two sisters, Shirley Metzger and Deloris Sbabo; one brother, Freddie Carl Pitts; grandchildren, Robert Lindsay, Michael Don Bowels, Cody Raymond Holland, Chad Alan Jernigan, John Wesley Ramsey.
She leaves behind her husband, Stanley Craig II; five daughters, Linda Kay Diestler of Paris, Arkansas, Brenda Faye Elliott of Knoxville, Arkansas, Jeannie Sue Melton of Violet Hill, Arkansas, Rennie Lue Bowles of Knoxville, Arkansas, Mary Ann Holland of Clarksville, Arkansas; one son, Orville Joe Lindsay of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; three sisters, faye Woodard of Clarksville, Arkansas, Jan Hollowell of Benton, Louisiana, Geraldine Parker of London, Arkansas; three brothers, Buddy Pitts of Benton, Arkansas, Clifton Pitts of Ozone, Arkansas, Jerry Pitts of Lamar, Arkansas; four stepchildren, Harry Tinkle, Billy Tinkle, Kathy Tinkle, Stanley Harrison; 20 grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Friday, May 1, 2009, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 2, 2009, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel, Clarksville, Arkansas. Reverend Jay McEntyre and Reverend Terry Cameron officiating. Burial will be in Minnow Creek Cemetery, Lamar, Arkansas.
Pallbearers: Nolan Holland, Jake Holland, Zachary Mitchell, Randy Rumsey, Cory Rodgers, Don Pitts.
Honorary Pallbeaers: Joe Ramsey, Charlie Sanders, Mike Bowels, Don Bowels.
Roller-Cox Funeral Home, Clarksville, Arkansas in charge of arrangements.
