John Michael Eaton, 57, of Huntsville; died Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at Fayetteville. He was born Friday, February 15, 1963, at Huntsville; to Donald Wayne and Linda Paschal Eaton.
John married Brenda Olinger on October 13, 1988 at St. Paul; and was father to three children. He was a truck driver for Cargill, Inc. John loved to hunt and to work in his garden. He also enjoyed helping his son, Michael, with his farm.
John was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl and Kitty Ruth Eaton, Sidney and Katherine Officer; and special uncle, Wayne Paschall, and Sharon Paschall.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda, of the home; one son, John Michael Eaton, Jr., of Huntsville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jamie (Gregg) Snodgress of Ohio; and Jana (Martin) Rameriz of Indiana; his father, Donald Wayne Eaton of Huntsville; his mother, Linda Perry of Melcher-Dallas, Iowa; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Joy Rhoads of Winterset, Iowa; and Julia (Jay) Bequette of St. Charles, Iowa; one brother and sister-in-law; Justin (Terri) Franklin of Melcher-Dallas, Iowa; nieces and nephews, Heather (Casey) Fluckey; Chelsea (Chris) Arganbright; Cortni (Jon) Miller; Kathrine Bequette; Samantha Bequette; Michael (Kitty) Eaton; Kyle (Angela) Eaton; Nick (Jody) Hilsenbeck; one uncle, Sam Paschall; and one aunt and uncle, Donna (Mark) Hayes; six grandchildren; numerous great nieces and nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends 5:00 PM-7:00 PM, Friday, June 26, 2020, at Brashears Funeral Home. Please practice social distancing and masks are required for entry. Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 27, 2020, at Brashears Funeral Home with Jim Spurlock officiating. Pallbearers will be Carl Thomas, Wayne Ledbetter, Jerry Ledbetter, David Canion, Dean McChristian, and Phillip Thomas. Honorary pallbearers will be Kyle Eaton, Les Jackson, Dion Litterell, and his fellow co-workers at Cargill, Inc. Interment will immediately follow services at Aurora Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
