Mrs. Loss Gooding, 68, a resident of West Fork, died Wednesday afternoon in a local hospital. Born June 12, 1889 at Uniontown in Crawford County, the daughter of Louis and Delia Smith McAdoo, she was married to Loss Gooding on February 25, 1912.
Survivors are her husband, of the home; five sons, Dee Gooding, Ottis Gooding, Virgil Gooding, Amarillo, Texas, Olin Gooding, El Paso, Texas, and Clyde Gooding, West Fork; one daughter, Mrs. Verra Warford, Woodland, Calif., nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will he conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Zimmerman Church near West Fork by the Rev. Dee Smith assisted by the Rev. Don Smothers. Burial will be in the Zimmerman cemetery with arrangements in charge of the Watson Mortuary.
