Robert Louis Rattan age 93, of Ozark, Arkansas, passed away Friday, July 16, 2021. Bob was born in Texas, lived part of his life in California and found his final home in Ozark. Bob spent most of his career working as a salesman and one of his greatest contributions to the City of Ozark was writing Senior Moments for the Spectator. He was born March 19, 1928 in Matador, Texas, to the late James and Beatrice Mary Rattan. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Dorothy Rattan; a brother James "Bill" Rattan; and a sister Ruth Christman.
He is survived by his sister Carolyn Lumsden and Grandchildren Jerry Fenter and wife Sara Fenter with great grandchildren Izzy, Beau and Cash Fenter, Zack Fenter and wife Morgan Fenter, Jeremy Lessley and wife Chantel with great grandchildren Morgan Wimberley with husband, Andrew Wimberley, and Scout Lessley.
Graveside service will be at 12:00 p.m. Friday, July 23, 2021, at Highland Cemetery Memorial in Ozark, Arkansas with Brother Daniel Keisler under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
Proceeded in death by his wife Dorothy Louise Yother Lessley Rattan.
