William Chester Gregory was born March 12, 1921 at Dutton, Arkansas. He was the son of the late James Robert and Dona Jones Gregory. He died at his home Friday, February 10, 2012, at the age of 90. He was a farmer and minister. He was a member of the Free Holiness Church, Yale, Arkansas, American Legion, and a WWII Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by one son, Billy Gregory; three sisters, Dorothy Barnett, Oza Weir, Emma Jean Gregory; one brother, Zeke Gregory.
He leaves behind his wife, Bertha Elizabeth Barnett Gregory of Pettigrew, Arkansas; daughter, Judy and husband, Jerry Stout of Oark, Arkansas; son, Jimmy and wife, Brenda Gregory of Pettigrew, Arkansas; daughter-in-law, Connie Gregory of Hartman, Arkansas; one sister, Nola Dickson of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two brothers, Roy Gregory of Springdale, Arkansas and J.L. Gregory of Camden Point, Missouri; eight grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Shane Stout, Terry Gregory, Tommy Gregory, Brent Gregory, Travis Gregory, Gary Gregory.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Wayne Gregory, Larry Gregory, Stephen Weir, Foy K. Johnson.
Visitation will be 6-8p.m., Tuesday, February 14, 2012, Roller-Cox Funeral Home, Clarksville, Arkansas. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2012, Yale Church, Yale, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Yale Cemetery, Yale, Arkansas. Reverend Amos Pledger officiating.

Mrs. Bertha Elizabeth Gregory, of Pettigrew, Arkansas, died Wednesday July 8, 2015, in Pettigrew. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson and Alice (Seals) Barnett.
Mrs. Gregory was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, canning, and taking care of her family.
Mrs. Gregory was preceded in death by her husband: William C. Gregory; 1 son: Billy Gregory; and her parents.
She is survived by 1 daughter: Judy and Stout and her husband: Jerry of Oark, Arkansas; 1 son: Jimmy Gregory and his wife: Brenda of Pettigrew, Arkansas; 1 daughter-in-law: Connie Gregory; 8 precious grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 6 very precious great great-grandchildren with one on the way; other relatives and many dear friends.
Funeral services for Mrs. Gregory’s was held on Friday afternoon, July 10, 2015 at Yale Church. Mrs. Gregory was laid to rest at Yale Cemetery. Pallbearers were Shane Stout, Terry Gregory, Brent Gregory, Travis Gregory, and Gary Gregory.
Honorary pallbearers were Wayne Gregory, Larry Gregory, Stephen Weir, Foy K. Johnson, Donnie Marvel and Farrell White.
