A Celebration of the lives of father and son, William Henry, 89, and David White, 58, both of Yellville, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Monday, September 10, 2018, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel in Mountain Home, AR, with Pastor Donald R. Dow from the Mountain Home Church of God officiating.

William was born July 21, 1929, in Guthrie, Oklahoma, the son of Homer and Lucinie Powers White. He married Mary Blackwell on June 7, 1959, in Lamont, California and worked sharing the word of God for most of his life as a Pastor. He proudly served his country as a veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved his animals especially his goats. David was born May 4, 1960, in Bakersfield, CA, the son of William and Mary Blackwell White. He worked hard as a landscaper.

William and David are survived by their daughter and sister, Deborah Beckwith of Hollister, MO; granddaughters and nieces, Alyssa Beckwith of Reed Springs, MO and Breanna Beckwith of Ozark, MO; grandsons and nephews, Steven Beckwith of Bull Shoals, AR and Shance Beckwith of Nixa, MO.

They were preceded in death by their wife and mother.

Entombment and Inurnment will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, AR. Military Honors will be provided by Alley-White American Legion Post #52 and the United States Army Honor Guard.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services - Summit, Arkansas.

Obituary for Mary M. White
A Funeral Service for Mary M. White of Yellville, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 9, 2016, at the Flippin Church of God, with Reverend Heith Hogan officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, April 9, 2016, from 1:00 pm until service time at the Church.

Mary passed away April 2, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 76. She was born April 20, 1939, in Eufaula, Oklahoma, the daughter of Lawrence and Elizabeth Nutt Blackwell. She married William White on June 7, 1959, in Lamont, California and worked as a LPN. Mary lived in Yellville for 15 years, moving from Bakersfield, California. Mary was known to be a very Godly woman who had a great love for music. She taught herself to play the guitar, piano, mandolin, accordion and clarinet, just to mention a few. Mary liked bird watching and gardening.

Mary is survived by her husband, William White of Yellville, AR; daughter, Deborah Beckwith of Hollister, MO; son, David White of Yellville, AR; four grandchildren, Steven Beckwith of Bull Shoals, AR, Shance Beckwith of Branson, MO, Breanna Beckwith of Hollister, MO, and Alyssa Beckwith of Reed Springs, MO; four great-grandchildren, Ashlynn Beckwith of Benton, AR, Brooklyn Beckwith of Benton, AR, Zachary Brown of Mountain Home, AR, and Christopher Rice of Reed Springs, MO; two brothers, James (Gloria) Blackwell of Bakersfield, CA, and Johnny Blackwell of Lamont, CA; and one sister, Jeanne (Jack) Stewart of Bakersfield, CA.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas, with Steve Beckwith, Shance Beckwith, Dave Johnson, Bobby Kirk, Jeramiah Hogan and Dan Diamond as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearer Zach Mann.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House or the Flippin Church of God.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
