Kirsti Adalene Rood was born on February 26, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois to William Burt and Adalene Fern (Olson) O'leary.
She passed away on May 22, 2021 in Clarksville, Arkansas at the age of 76.
Kristi was retired after 27 years from Pacific Phone Company. Kristi was a loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Kristi. She was a member of The Johnson County Car and Truck Club and loved riding in parades with her husband. Kristi held many talents and you could often find her painting, quilting with her friends, or collecting antiques.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Melanie June McGaughey.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years Dennis Roberts; her granddaughters, Hailey Baumgartner and husband, Jay; Sarah McGaughey; and her great-grandson, Knox Baumgartner.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at the Hardwicke Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Graveside Services are 10 a.m., Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Hartman Cemetery in Hartman, Arkansas with Brother John Kindrix officiating. Pallbearers are Bobby Noonan, Sean McPhillips, Bill Busch, Kenny Koch, Steve Smith, and Bob Moore.
