Carol Kastel Rowell, 61, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2019.
She was born September 23, 1957 in Grants NM to the late Herman J. Kastel and June Norwood Brown. Carol was of the Jehovah’s Witness faith.
Survivors include her daughter Leah Houchin, significant other Don Richards; siblings Dan Kastel, B.J. Brown and Meegan Brown; many cousins, aunts and uncles.
