OBIT

Laura B. Farmer, age 92, of Jacksonville passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2014. She was born May 18, 1922 in McRae, Arkansas to the late Clifford and Fannie Spencer. She was preceded in death by her husband Doyle O. Farmer, two sons, Charles and Jackie Farmer, one brother, Lester Spencer, and two sisters Flora Porter and Murlee Williams. She was a faithful member of Victory Baptist Church. She is survived by her son Donnie Farmer and his wife Vicki, grandchildren; Cliff, Corrie, Diana, Jackie, Angela, Tamara Dawn, Bobbie, great-grandchildren; Ian, Breanna and Bianca. If you would like to make a memorial in memory of Laura Belle, please send contributions to the Jacksonville Animal Shelter, as Laura Belle loved the little animals.
