Joan Irene Drane, 66, of Ozark, Arkansas, died Sunday, October 28, 2018 in Ozark. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was born July 22, 1952 in Fayetteville, Arkansas to James and Josephine Unteriner Jordan. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Joan is survived by her husband, Walter Drane Sr. of Ozark; a daughter, Mary Hernandez and husband Alfred of Ozark; two sons, Ralph Stufflebeam and wife Donna and Walter Drane, Jr. and wife Leslie; three brothers, Robert Jordan and wife Carolyn , and Jack and Harvey Jordan; three sisters, Frances Greenlee and husband Dennis, Joyce Stephenson and Mary Woodward and husband Lonnie; six grandchildren, Karen Ellerbee, Ashley Purtell, Sgt. Sierra Leach, Khiya Hernandez, Tabatha Drane, and Swaylynn Stufflebeam; and seven great grandchildren, Alexis Leach, Teagan Ellerbee, Aubree Purtell, Aria Ellerbee, Christina Leach, and Greyson and Jameson Ellerbee.
Family will visit with friends from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Friday, November 2nd at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Randy Boren officiating and burial at Belt Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers are Harvey Jordan, Troy Drain, Sgt. Sierra Leach, Ryan Ellerbee, Jeffrey Reed, and Clifton Leach. Honorary pallbearers are, Dennis Greenlee, Robert Jordan, Jack Jordan, and Lonnie Woodward.
