Sammy C. Frisby, 81, of Ozark, Arkansas died Monday, December 17, 2018 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was a self-employed Sandblaster, painter, lead singer in the band Sammy Frisby and The Hoedowners, and was of the Pentecostal faith. He was born March 25, 1937 in Urbana, Arkansas to Jesse and Easter Creneer Frisby. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Jr Cagle; a grandson Boss Cagle; a brother, George Frisby; and two sisters, Maggie Cobb, and Patsy Frisby.
Sammy is survived by his wife Lorna Bowman Frisby of Ozark; two sons, Andy Dwyer and Brian Cagle both of Ozark; three daughters, Debbie Walker of Sandsprings, OK, and Lori Williams and Becky Krebs both of Ozark; a sisters, Jessie Dwyer of Hot Springs, Arkansas; two brothers, Mike Frisby of Houston and Rev. Tommy Frisby of Fort Smith; seventeen grandchildren; and twenty six great grandchildren.
Family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Wednesday, December 19th at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial St. in Ozark.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Full Gospel Temple Church with Brother C.E. Simpson officiating and burial at Belt Cemetery under direct of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
Serving as pallbearers are Zack Krebs, Kei, Dustin, and Brodi Williams, Kyle Cagle, and Justin Franklin.

Lorna D. Bowman Cagle, 80, of Ozark, Arkansas passed away Monday, June 29, 2020 in Ozark. She was in retail sales, a homemaker, and a member of Full Gospel Temple Church of Ozark. She was born June 13, 1940 in Mountain Top Community Franklin County, Arkansas to Chester and Lilly Lovell Bowman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammy C. Frisby; a son, Jr. Cagle; a grandson, Boss Cagle; a son in law, Chris Krebs; four brothers, Elvis, Matt, HB, and Sonny Bowman; and four sisters, Ruth Rogers, Pauline Adams, Norma Warden, and Margie Bowman.
She is survived by a son, Brian Cagle and wife Laura of Ozark; three daughters, Debbie Walker and husband Jeff of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Lori Williams and husband Ronald, and Becky Krebs all of Ozark; eighteen grandchildren; thirty-five great grandchildren; and a few great-great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Friday, July 3, 2020 at Shaffer Funeral Home with Brother Don Simpson officiating and burial at Belt Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark. Serving as pallbearers are the Grandsons, Lee Walker, Dustin and Brodi Williams, Justin Franklin, Kyle Cagle, and Zack Krebs. Honorary Pallbearers are Clint Day, Chad Floyd, Chris Asbury, Dusty Lane, Jimmy Derexson, Brayden Graham, Zack Moore, and all her nephews.
