James William Nichols, age 51, of Coal Hill, Arkansas died Friday, July 31, 2020 at his home. He was born July 6, 1968 to Cecil Finus and Ella Mae Workman Nichols in Clarksville, Arkansas. He was a Plummer and of the Church of Christ faith. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Olita Fay Stockton; a brother, Steve F. Nichols; and one grandchild.
Survivors include his wife, Nina Bewley Nichols, of Coal Hill; two daughters, Samantha Nichols and Tyra Williams; two sons, James T. Nichols and John Stover; four sisters, Nellie Johnson, Bernetta Cooper, Linda Johnson and Gladys Pitts; three brothers, Roger, Doug and Allen Nichols; and ten grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at Liberty Hill Cemetery at Hunt, Arkansas, with Brother Robert Johnson officiating, under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers are Bradley Skinner, Triston Nichols, Jimmy Brousseau, Bronson Rofkahr, Larry Evert, Sr. and Jimmy Smith, Jr.
