A Private Family Graveside Service for Floyd Junior Bell of Salesville, Arkansas, will be at Baxter Memorial Gardens, with Reverend David Wiley officiating.

Floyd passed away December 26, 2016, in Salesville, at the age of 87. He was born July 29, 1929, in Denmark, Arkansas, the son of Floyd Simon and Bessie Dickerson Bell. He married Euveda Jo Damouth on January 7, 1950 at Coloma, Michigan and worked as a heavy equipment operator for Superior Steel. Floyd was a proud U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He pastored several General Baptist Churches in Michigan. Floyd lived in Mountain Home since 1991, moving from San Antonio, Texas. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, carpentry work and spending time with friends.

Floyd is survived by his three daughters, Frances (Wayne) Mills of Salesville, AR, Rhonda (Mike) Closson of Spokane, WA and Theresa (Larry) Brock of Kyle,TX; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; three sons, Floyd Harold Bell, Michael Joe Bell and Timothy Bell and one daughter, Ruth Peters.

Memorials may be made to Norfork Baptist Church.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
