Dar Donnie Sullivan, 56, of Cecil, Arkansas, died Wednesday July 27, 2016 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
He was born July 16, 1960 in Paris, Arkansas to James Monroe and Margaret Ann Farmer Sullivan.

He was a retired Army Veteran stationed at Fort Sam Houston. He was a non-denomination Christian, and member of the Disable American Veterans and NRA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Delores Ann Sullivan, and a sister Ina May Sewell.

He is survived by a daughter, Amanda Gail Gortemiller and husband Dustin of Ozark; a son Donnie Wayne Sullivan also of Ozark; three sisters, Hannah Nehus of Charleston, Arkansas, Neva Jones of Silane, Texas; and Teresa of Paris, Arkansas; two aunts, Brenda Brown of Paris, Arkansas and Karen Roulston of Delegate; and five grandchildren.

Graveside Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Cemetery Ridge Cemetery with Tom Accord officiating under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
Grandchildren will serve as honorary pallbearers.

July 1, 1961 - October 23, 2015

Delores Ann Sullivan, 54, of Ozark, Arkansas, passed away to be with Jesus Friday, October 23, 2015 with her family by her side, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. Dee was a homemaker and attended the Union Assembly of God in Paris, Arkansas.

She was born July 1, 1961 in Ozark, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard Brown and Alta Modine Tolbert Brown Sutherland, an infant son, and daughter-in-law LaRonda Sullivan.

She is survived by her husband, Dar Donnie Sullivan of Ozark, her daughter, Amanda Gail Gortemiller and husband Dustin, and her son, Donnie Wayne Sullivan, of Ozark; three sisters, JoAnn King and husband David of Ozark, Janie Campbell and husband Curtis of Ozark, and Gladys Hice and husband Terry of Cox Valley, Arkansas; two brothers, David Brown and wife Rebecca of Frankston, Texas, and Leonard Brown of Summerville, Alabama; five grandchildren, Trevor, Kristopher and Alexis Gortemiller and Laethan and Kenzlie Sullivan, all of Ozark.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend David King and Reverend Wayne Thacker offiating and burial at Cemetery Ridge Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 28th at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark. Serving as pallbearers are Mark, Chad, and Steven Campbell, Trevor and Kristopher Gortemiller, Dustin Hice, Brad Maddox, Anthony King and Wesley Brown.
