Sandra Jane Douglas, 57, of Muldrow died Tuesday, March 5, 2019, in Fayetteville.
Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Oak Bend Baptist Church in Ozark under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home in Ozark.
She is survived by three daughters, Leah and Douglas Rogers, and Sara and Mark Reames, both of Ozark, and Kristen Douglas of Magazine; a son, John Douglas of Muldrow; a brother, Johnny Pruitt of Ozark; and 13 grandchildren: Cole, Adin, Abigail, Eli, Kynedi, Rebekah, Colin, Bailea, Hadley, Azlea, Sedalia, Everlie, Holden.

Sandra Jane Douglas, 57, of Muldrow, Oklahoma died Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was a Homemaker and member of Oak Bend Missionary Baptist Church. She was born July 19, 1961 in Ozark, Arkansas, to Harold and Betty Jane Shaw Pruitt.
She is survived by her son, John Douglas of Muldrow; three daughters, Leah Rogers and Sara Douglas Reames both of Ozark and Kristen Douglas of Magazine; a brother, Johnny Pruitt of Ozark; and thirteen grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Oak Bend Baptist Church in Ozark with Brother Carroll Squires officiating. Cremation arrangements were made under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
