Olis Lee Tolbert, 65, of Ozark died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2003, in a Paris hospital. He was a retired live turkey hanger with Cargill and a member of the Hills Chapel Christian Church. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark with burial at Cemetery Ridge south of Ozark. He is survived by his wife, Lou Etta Tolbert; a daughter, Melinda Umholtz of Ozark; two sons, Randy and Lindell Tolbert, both of Ozark; three sisters, Mina Spessard, Lorene Smith and Modine Sutherland, all of Ozark; and two stepgrandchildren. The family will visit with friends from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, P.O. Lou Etta Tolbert, 71, of Ozark, Arkansas died Wednesday, June 21, 2017 in Ozark.
She was a member of the Christian faith and was retired from Cargill and Walmart.
Lou Etta was born May 15, 1946 in Johnson County, Arkansas to Amos and Geneva Clark Martin.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ulis Lee Tolbert and her parents.

Lou Etta is survived by two sons; Randy Tolbert and wife Michele of Paris, Arkansas, Lindell Tolbert and wife Lisa of Ozark, one daughter; Melinda Umholtz and husband Robert of Ozark, one sister Gail Wyers and husband David of Coal Hill, two brothers; Leonard Martin and wife Irma of Decatur, Arkansas, Jim Martin and wife Pat of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, three grandchildren; Auston and Nathan Umholtz and Lexie Tolbert, and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Brothers Kenny Maness and Brian Sevier officiating. Burial will be at Cemetery Ridge Cemetery in Ozark under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers: Stan Bates, Raymond Tolbert, Auston and Nathan Umholtz, Justin Tolbert, and Scott Roush. Honorary pallbearers: Mike Byrd, Buz Armstrong, David Tolbert and Fred Mays
