JOHNSON — Jamie Lynn Elliott Moss, 43, of Johnson, Ark., passed away Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012, at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.

Jamie was born on May 15, 1968, in Springdale, a daughter of J.H. Elliott and Dianne Elmore Elliott. She married Calvin Eugene Moss in 1993 in Springdale. Jamie was a caregiver for her grandmother, Blanche B. Elmore, and enjoyed taking care of her cattle.

She is survived by her husband, Calvin Eugene Moss of Johnson; her parents, Dianne and J.H. Elliott of Springdale; two stepchildren, Craig Eugene Moss and Christina Leann Moss, both of Fayetteville; her sister, Ginger Wynboom of Springdale; and her maternal grandmother, Blanche B. Elmore of Johnson.

Jamie was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, David Truman Elmore; her paternal grandparents, George and Alma Elliott; and her niece, Kayla Ann Wynboom.

Graveside services for Jamie will be held at the Stuckey Cemetery in Johnson on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, at 2 p.m. The Rev. Ira Upton will officiate the service under the direction of the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Springdale.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home today, Jan. 10, 2012, from 5 to 8 p.m. Online guestbook at www.backstrom-pyeatte.com.
