Cleo Charlotte Waller, 86, of Jacksonville passed from this life on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Greystone Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born Sunday, September 27, 1931 in New York, New York to the late William and Delzel Weilamann Vos Winkel. Cleo was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church and the Jacksonville Senior Citizens Center. She was active in the Merry Widows and enjoyed dining out, shopping and getting her hair done, but found her greatest joy in her family. She is preceded in death by her husband of over fifty years, Charles F. Waller; daughter, Nancy Cochran; and brother William Vos Winkel.
Survivors include her children, Cinna Peterson of Cabot, William “Bill” (Denise) Waller of Cabot; grandchildren, Steve (Lori) Collier of Farmington, Tara (Jamie) Easterling of Bryant, Amy (Colorado) Page of Cabot, Toby Cochran of Texas, Jody Cochran of Cabot, Donnie (Tina) Waller of Hensley and Tonya Cochran of Cabot; brother, Barton Vos Winkel of Connecticut; thirteen great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church with Father Andy Smith officiating. Interment will be private. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home. Arrangements entrusted to Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home (501)-982-2136.
