The News is called upon to chronicle the death of one of the old settlers this week, being F.A. Campbell, who died Wednesday about 11 a.m. at his residence a couple of miles Southwest of the city. Burial services were held at the Lutheran cemetery yesterday morning, Rev. I.E. Rader officiating. Mr. Campbell was truly a good citizen and it is with feelings of sorrow that we record his death. The family has our sympathy and also that of every one in the community. We will publish an appropriate obituary next week.
