LINCOLN - Arthur Allen Martin Sr., 73, of Lincoln died Nov. 15, 2006, in Fayetteville. He was born Dec. 29, 1932, at Round Lake to Troy Eugene and Sadie J. Webb Martin. He attended the Pentecostal Church of God in Lincoln. He loved horses, antique cars, and good jokes. He worked as a painter for 37 years. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Bonnie Martin; five sons, Billy Ray, Arthur Allen Jr., Kenneth Dean, Wesley Lewis and Jimmy Wayne Martin; one daughter, Patricia Ann Martin.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Mary Alice Martin of the home; two sons, John Martin of Fayetteville and Billy Long Jr. of Norman, Okla.; two daughters, Shirley Bradley of Lincoln and Kathy Hicks of Greenland; two brothers, Billy Martin of Lincoln and Eugene Martin of Prairie Grove; two sisters, Della Mae Bardon of Higdon and Shirley Fay Siegler of Elfrieda, Ariz.; 15 grandchildren; ll great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove with Edna Tatum officiating, online at www.luginbuel.com. Burial will be in Beaty Cemetery near Lincoln.

Pallbearers will he Ron Chouinard, Michael Blair, Josh Hicks, Bobby Choates, Rocky Chouinard and James Baumgardener.

Honorary pallbearer will be Jordan Baumgardener.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the Luginbuel Chapel with the family present.

LINCOLN — Mary Alice Martin, 74, a resident of Lincoln, Ark., went to be with her Lord, March 10, 2012, in Fayetteville, Ark. She was born Feb. 22, 1938, at Buena Park, Calif., the daughter of Harvey and Tennie Orman Shepherd.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arthur Allen Sr.; one son, Jimmy Wayne Long Martin; two stepsons, Arthur Allen Jr. and Kenny Dean Martin; several brothers and sisters.

Mary was a member of the Wedington Road Pentecostal Church of God in Lincoln. She was very proud of all her children and adopted children. She will be greatly missed.

Survivors include two sons, Billy Lee Long Jr. and Bobby Lee Long Martin both of Fayetteville, Ark.; one stepson, John Martin of Calif.; one daughter, Kathy Hicks of Greenland, Ark.; one stepdaughter, Shirley Blair of Fayetteville, Ark.; one brother, Alvin Shepherd of Fayetteville, Ark.; and one sister, Martha Maxwell of Fayetteville, Ark.; 16 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Ark., with Sister Edna Tatum officiating. Burial will be in Beaty Cemetery Lincoln, Ark. No graveside services will be held at the Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Billy Lee Long Jr., Josh Hicks, Billy Long III, Rusty Walden, Jordan Baumgardner, James Baumgardner and Randy Reigh.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
