COLCORD, Okla. — Jackquline Sue "Peanut" West, 45, of Colcord died Jan. 22, 2008, at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. She was born Aug. 1, 1962, in Clarksville to Jack Elvis West and Florence Evelyn Manning West.
Survivors include her mother, Florence Sumner of Lincoln; two sons, Jeremy Struble of Lincoln and James Young of Prairie Grove; four sisters, Judy Thomas of West Siloam Springs, Okla., Patricia Botts of Colcord, Jody Snider of Lincoln and Sharon Sipes of Summers; two brothers, Billie West of Lincoln and Nathan West of Prairie Grove; three grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements are by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.
