Obituary for Pamela Rene Hicks
Pamela Rene Burns Hicks, 68, of Bradford, departed this life Monday, October 26, 2020. She was born September 21, 1952 in Walnut Ridge to the late Otho “Pete” Donald and Jesse Estalee Turbyeville Burns.
Pam was an Arkansas Razorback fan and enjoyed watching their games. She loved to watch cows, chickens, ducks, geese and loved to feed the hummingbirds and sit on the porch and watch them. Her favorite past time was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a member of Crossroads Church of Christ.
Pam is preceded in death by her parents, Otho “Pete” Donald and Jesse Estalee Turbyeville Burns.
Left behind to cherish Pam’s memory is her husband of 50 years, Tony Hicks; her children, Tony (Marchia) Hicks Jr, Tonya (Jeff) Roberson, Tina (Jeramy) Smith, Chris Hicks, and Tiffiney Hicks; grandchildren, Cadie Hicks, Kaylin Jones, Hunter Epperson, Kylie Epperson, Nicole Lee, Tara Scoggin, Trey Hicks, Kutter Hicks, Chloe Brinkley, Kyah Brinkley, Ricky Ray, Cassie Bowers, Matt Roberson, Sam Emerson, Hope Williams, and Miley Davis; great-grandchildren, Seth, Olivia, Rilen, Syndyl, Jase, Jaxon, Emma, Owen, Braiden and Nolan; siblings, Mike (Connie) Burns, Tony Burns, Louann (Steve) Jones, Nancy (Richard) Phillips, and Larry (Connie) Hicks; several nieces, nephews, other family members and a host of friends; and her beloved dog Stubby, who she brought inside when it was raining because he was scared. She will be forever missed by her loved ones.
Visitation is Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 1:00pm at the Bradford Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 2:00pm with Bro. Shane Blevins officiating. Interment will follow at Smith Cemetery.
